Gran Vertical, 60 hours of disconnection

Leave and arrive in the metropolitan area of Barcelona, following a large circular gravel route that will make you discover the vineyards of Penedès and Conca de Barberà, the dry stone heritage, the Cistercian monastery of Santes Creus and the exceptional medieval town of Montblanc. The lonely and open cereal fields of Segarra and bording the steep walls of Montserrat. All condensed into 275 kilometers of absolute adventure. What do you think?

Helmet
Thermal blanket with a minimum surface area of 1 x 2m
Thermal tshirt
Waterproof jacket
Sleeping bag or survival bivvy bag. *ATTENTION: this bag does NOT replace the thermal blanket
Whistle
Water tank (bottles or water bag)
Food reserve (bars, gels…)
ID or passport
GPS with the track, GPS charger or spare batteries
Mobile phone with fully charged battery and switched on during the route, and charger
